What are credits?
Credits are CopyDog's pay-as-you-go currency. Each generation (image, video segment, or background removal) spends credits based on the model you choose. Buy a pack anytime—no subscription required.
How do I buy credits?
Create an account and pick a credit package on your dashboard. Checkout is secure via Stripe. Credits are added to your balance as soon as payment succeeds.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a purchase or you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your account email and we'll review your case. Refunds for unused credits may be offered where appropriate under our policy.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits remain available on your account for ongoing use. We may communicate any future policy changes by email or in-app notice.
What models are available?
We offer a range of image and video models: Flux Pro and Flux Schnell for images, Google Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro for premium image generation, Kling 2.5 for text-to-video and image-to-video (5s and 10s), Google Veo 3.1 and ByteDance Seedance 2.0 for high-fidelity video with audio, and a dedicated background-removal model.
